The accumulator nitrogen charging tool is a professional device specifically designed for the precise and safe charging and pressure testing of nitrogen in hydraulic accumulators.

● M28×1.5 Adapter: The internal threaded M28×1.5 collar serves as the main component for connecting to the accumulator valve.
● Pressure Gauges: The kit is usually equipped with multiple pressure gauges for monitoring pressure, with common ranges including 1500 PSI, 3600 PSI, and 6000 PSI.
● Additional Adapters: To ensure compatibility with various nitrogen cylinders, the kit includes a range of adapters for common connection types such as UNF and BSP (e.g., G1/4, UNF 7/8, UNF 5/8).
● High-Pressure Hose: A flexible hose is included to connect the valve assembly to the nitrogen cylinder.
● Portable Case: The complete set is housed in a sturdy, durable case for easy storage and transport.
● Connection: Screw the M28×1.5 collar of the charging tool onto the accumulator. Connect the other end of the tool via the appropriate adapter to the nitrogen cylinder.
● Charging: Open the valves on both the tool and the nitrogen cylinder to slowly charge the accumulator to the required pressure. The pressure gauge provides real-time monitoring throughout the process.
● Pressure Testing: The gauges allow for accurate pressure testing both during and after the charging process, ensuring the accumulator is filled to the correct specification.
