Construction Machinery

In the realm of construction machinery, hydraulic valves face the most severe challenges: high loads, high impacts, continuous operation, and complex multi-mechanism coordinated control.

Excavators—The "Symphony" of Multiport Valves: The smoothness of an excavator's movements hinges on its multiport directional control valve (commonly known as the multiport valve). Like a conductor, it receives operator commands and coordinates the movements of multiple actuators—including the boom, stick, bucket, and slewing platform. Advanced load-sensing multi-way valves automatically adjust pump output based on load pressure, enabling "on-demand" flow distribution. This ensures not only precise operation but also significant energy savings. Meanwhile, hydraulic locks (hydraulically controlled check valves) ensure reliable boom locking at any position, preventing accidental drops. Overload relief valves instantly open to vent pressure under extreme loads, acting like safety valves to protect the entire hydraulic system from damage.

Cranes and Aerial Work Platforms—Guardians of Safe Hovering: In these life-saving lifting devices, the balancing valve is a critical safety component. Directly installed in the lifting cylinder's hydraulic circuit, its core function is to control the descent speed of heavy loads and provide reliable locking force. Even if the main hydraulic line ruptures unexpectedly, the balancing valve immediately closes to prevent uncontrolled load falls, serving as the final robust barrier for operational safety.
